How we handle project delivery, cancellation, and the information entrusted to us.

A project may be cancelled before active production begins. Once research, design, production, or development has started, fees covering completed work and committed third-party costs are non-refundable. If we are unable to complete the agreed scope, we will offer a fair resolution, which may include a refund of the unused portion or an agreed alternative.

Every project timeline, milestone, and deliverable is confirmed in writing before work begins. Delivery dates depend on scope, feedback, approvals, and access to required materials. Revisions included in the agreed scope are completed within the planned review rounds; additional requests or changes in direction are quoted and scheduled separately.

We use the contact and project information you provide only to respond to enquiries, assess briefs, deliver agreed services, maintain security, and improve our experience. Brief submissions are sent by the TVD bot to a private Discord channel used by our team. We do not sell personal data. Information is shared with trusted service providers only when necessary to operate or deliver the service, and is retained only for as long as reasonably required.
