How to remove our access to your Meta account and have your data deleted.

When an agency team member connects a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) account to our internal tools, we store an encrypted access token, the account's name and ID, and the advertising data needed to report on and manage campaigns we run for our clients. We do not sell this data or use it for anything else.

Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (Apps and websites), select “The Vision District” and choose Remove. This revokes our access immediately; the stored token stops working.

Email support@tvd.agency from the address linked to your account with the subject “Data deletion request” and the Facebook or ad account concerned. We delete the stored tokens and associated data within 30 days and confirm by email. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are retained only for the legally required period.
